b99u will never contact you by SMS, email, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from b99u that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to the support team immediately.
b99u accepts deposits via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees and credited to your account balance in PKR.

Withdrawals may only be requested from accounts that have completed the KYC verification process. Only real-money balance (i.e. deposited funds and winnings from real-money play that are not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement) is eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. b99u reserves the right to request additional verification if the requested withdrawal method differs from the deposit method on file.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, however withdrawals above Rs 500,000 may be subject to additional review and processed in tranches at b99u's discretion.
All bonuses and promotions offered by b99u are subject to specific terms that are stated on the relevant promotion page. These general terms apply to all bonuses except where superseded by promotion-specific terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. Progress toward fulfilling a wagering requirement is tracked within the Member's account panel.
Not all games on the b99u platform contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake. Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. b99u reserves the right to void bonus balances and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines at its reasonable discretion that a Member has attempted to abuse the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other Members; or utilising strategies that exploit mathematical inconsistencies in bonus terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under b99u's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be subject to good faith resolution through b99u's internal dispute resolution process, which is accessible via the live chat support channel.
